He has worked with individuals and teams for over 15 years. His passion for enacting change and liberating people began at an early age. From coaching at-risk teens in the community to developing educational curriculum for a private college; from working with community leaders and professionals to becoming a National Speaker for the number one, international success coach and best selling author, Tony Robbins.

Wesley delivers a message of personal liberation through the art of reinvention. With his unique perspective on how to bring about transformation, he continues equipping leaders, entrepreneurs, artists and professionals for the future.

Wesley received his Masters degree in Theology and Biblical Studies from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California. In addition, he holds a master certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and is also a certified Health & Success Coach.

He has advised, consulted or trained Fortune 500 companies, executives, managers, professionals and leaders in the area of success conditioning and the psychology of achievement.
